As I write this, I am sitting in my office surrounded by all the books I’ve read on goal setting, prospecting, and positive motivation. They were great books. But working with you is better. You keep my motivation high, rather than waiting until the tank is empty to make improvements. What makes the biggest difference, the thing that you do that even Brian Tracy can’t do, is this.

You believe in me. You help me make my goals a reality. I’ve had great sales managers in my company. But, they don’t have time to believe in me. They have too much else to do. I have a great family, and they are very supportive.

But, support is only part of the equation. Having you in my corner makes a huge difference. You have the knowledge of how to motivate me. You have the ideas for making sales. And you use everything you know about me to create a way for me to be more effective than I ever have been.
